Students must be present in class for coverage of the 28 Hour License Reactivation Course. Course covers chapters listed from the Florida Real Estate Principles, Practices, and Law. Students must take and pass a 50 Question end of course exam by achieving 70% or higher.
License renewal
License renewal for sales associates and brokers who have been involuntarily inactive for more than 12 months but less than 24 months
must complete a 28-hour reactivation course.
